
As some of you know my Grandpa Black served in WWII. He took is duties there seriously and when he came home he continued to serve his country by being a loyal and Patriotic Citizen. He instilled in all of his family the importance of Patriotism. He made sure we all knew the pledge of
allegiance just about as soon as we could talk. He taught us to respect the flag, and to defend it against all
enemies. My Aunt Betty has picked up where my Grandfather left off. She has done volunteer work for the Republican party for many years now. And this year she was voted Minnesota's Volunteer of the Year. Here is a picture of her award. Congratulations Betty and
