Once again is seems as if the Red River or the North which has a mind of her own is out of control. Grand Forks is closing all of the bridges to East Grand Forks. Both cities are putting up the wall for protection, Fargo is sandbagging to save the city, and Bismark is also struggling from the Missouri river flooding.
The last time I assisted with sandbagging we had a machine to fill the bags, all we had to do was hold the bags and tie them off. Here in Fargo it looks like they are doing it the old fashioned way - with a shovel. Whatever it takes to get the job done.
